The space

The Studio

The studio is equipped with six professional-grade 45 mm stainless steel X-POLE poles, trusted by athletes and studios worldwide for their exceptional quality, safety, and performance. The studio comfortably accommodates up to twelve students, creating an intimate class environment where every participant receives personalized instruction and plenty of time on the pole.

With a ceiling height of 2.97 metres, the space is perfectly suited for learning spins, climbs, inversions, combinations, and flowing choreography in a safe and supportive setting. Thoughtfully designed with elegant finishes, warm lighting, and a calm, inviting atmosphere — our studio is more than just a place to train. It's a place to grow.

FAQ

Where are you located?
Inside Panass, Jalan Mawun, Aik Lengis, Kuta, Lombok Tengah, NTB 83573.
Do I need experience?
Not at all. Intro to Pole is designed for complete beginners — no dance, fitness, or gymnastics background needed.
I'm not strong enough yet.
You don't need to be strong before you start. Pole naturally builds strength, flexibility, and confidence over time.
What should I wear?
Shorts for pole classes — skin grip is essential. Sports bras or fitted tops work well. Comfortable activewear for Flexibility.
Anything to avoid before class?
No lotion, body oil, or sunscreen on class day — they make the poles slippery. Remove rings, bracelets, and watches before class.
How early should I arrive?
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your first class to check in, meet your instructor, and get settled.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes. By joining a class you agree to our liability waiver.
How many Intro to Pole classes should I take?
We recommend 3–5 sessions before moving to Level 1. Everyone progresses at their own pace, and your instructor will let you know when you're ready.
What if I miss a class?
Cancel at least 2 hours before class. Late cancellations forfeit the session and payments are non-refundable, but rescheduling is possible within the allowed time.
Can men take classes?
Absolutely. Our classes are open to everyone regardless of gender, age, or fitness background.
What is the age policy?
All classes, workshops, private lessons, and Open Pole sessions are for individuals 18 years and older.
Is there a weight limit?
No. Our equipment is professionally installed and safety-rated. Our instructors provide progressions suitable for every body.
Can I take class if I'm pregnant?
If you're pregnant or think you might be, please contact us before booking — some classes may not be suitable during pregnancy.
What if I have an injury?
Let your instructor know about any injuries or medical conditions before class so we can offer suitable modifications.
Can I bring a friend?
Of course — just make sure everyone books their own spot in advance.
Will I have to share a pole?
Depending on class size, you may share a pole with one other student — it gives you time to rest and watch demonstrations.
Can I take photos or videos?
Yes, at the end of class — as long as everyone in the frame has given their permission.
Which level is right for me?
New to pole? Start with Intro to Pole. Trained elsewhere? Contact us and we'll place you in the right class.
What should I bring?
A water bottle, a small towel if you'd like, and plenty of enthusiasm. We provide pole cleaning supplies and all class equipment.
How do bookings work?
Book in advance — spots are limited. Reservations are confirmed once paid. Unpaid bookings are released after 24 hours.
Can I walk in?
Yes, but availability is not guaranteed. We always recommend booking ahead to secure your spot.
